Pollution management and control

The project is committed to avoiding or minimizing adverse impacts to water, air or land. In line with this commitment, pollution control and prevention measures have been developed as part of the ESMP. These measures define the mitigation, management and/or monitoring measures to be implemented, explain how measures will be implemented, assign specific responsibilities, and outline the timing and resources required for implementation. Particular emphasis is placed on air emissions and greenhouse gases (GHG), water and wastewater, waste management, hazardous materials ,noise and vibration, and dredging.
